Machine tool material

Motor and spindle
-The motor and the spindle are directly designed as one body. The spindle uses P4 grade precision bevel roller bearings, which have large torque and are resistant to heavy cutting. The spindle counterweight is specially balanced to achieve perfect shaping and grinding under high-speed shaping.
Guide rail sliding surface
-The sliding surface of the X-axis/Y-axis rail is pasted with TURCITE-B, Teflon wear-resistant sheet, and is precisely scraped and ground by hand. It slides smoothly and is wear-resistant, achieving a perfect joint surface and is suitable for precision grinding.
