Machine tool structure and material
-The main structural parts are made of gray cast iron HT250, which has good strength, wear resistance, heat resistance and vibration reduction performance. Reasonable internal reinforcement enhances rigidity.

Cooling system and lubrication system
- The grinding wheel of the grinding wheel frame is cooled by an independent cooling system. There are coolant nozzles on the grinding wheel and an independent cooling water tank at one end of the equipment, which has a good cooling effect.
